Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Bar Accessories, Bottles & Lunch Boxes, Cups, and Flip Flops unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International customers: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
